Devil’s Bath Parlour is a small-batch Australian business, and all orders are packed and dispatched from our studio in Harkness, Victoria.
Processing Times
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days.
During peak periods (such as holidays, major sales, or event weeks), dispatch times may be slightly extended due to increased order volumes.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand only. We are unable to offer shipping to other international locations at this time.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the postal carrier. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
