Refund policy

At Devil’s Bath Parlour, all of our products are handmade in small batches, and we take great care to ensure they arrive to you safely and in perfect condition. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

Because our items are personal-use bath and body products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of all products enjoyed by our customers.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

  • If we make an addressing error, we will replace or refund your order.

  • If the address you provided is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it, but a new flat-rate shipping fee will apply.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask for clear photos of the item and packaging to help us assess the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on stock availability.

Allergies or Reactions

If you experience irritation or believe you’ve had an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately.

  • Photos (if relevant)

We will help troubleshoot the issue.
Note: Our workspace is not an allergen-free facility; some products may contain nut oils, wheat/gluten, or botanical ingredients. Please always check product ingredients prior to use.

Returns Approval

All returns must be approved by us before being sent back.
Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged on arrival.
